1-800 We Answer, Inc has acquired Intouch Call Center, a Baton Rouge, Louisiana call center services provider to the Gulf Coast region. This acquisiion will help New York City-based nationwide telecommunications company 1-800 We Answer, Inc. expand its regional base in the Southeastern United States, including the Gulf Coast.
The two companies’ business models provide call center and answering service customers with a similar range of telephone business support services. While Intouch Call Center enjoys a reputation as a reliable medical answering services provider, they also support various types of traditional businesses and E-Commerce. In Touch’s call center support packages share many similar features with 1-800 We Answer. Both companies offer bilingual English – Spanish telephone answering services and message dispatch, appointment setting and
confirmation services, and a full suite of call center options. Subscribers can build a complete call center outsourcing solution that includes customer service, order-taking and product support, live help desk, dealer location referral services and other innovative features that liberate business owners from building internal call

Intouch Call Center has made a commitment to only hiring local Baton Rouge area employees who work on-site in their facilities.
